Varlikli Research Group was established in 2005 at Ege University and moved to Izmir Institute of Technology, Department of Photonics in 2016.
Research interests of this group comprise, New materials for light absorption (quantum dots, organometallic compounds, polymers, small molecules) emission and amplification; DSSCs; OPVs; OLEDs; Photophysical studies of organic semiconductors; Heterogeneous photocatalysis and adsorption for water purification.
